The project research asks to design ecological arts center that includes a residence for artists, theater, studios, and visitor's museum.
The concept is to design inside out system that grows from the ground up to the highest point of the mountain, the view of the buildings contributes with the program, material, and unit sizes.
The units inside the ground used for basic living requirements as sleeping, eating, studying, etc. And the highest units outside the ground used as artistic work to inspire the artists by the viewpoint of the unit.
The whole system creates a loop as an art experiment evolving the public space- theater, which exists in the center of the site under the ground, so the audience focuses on the performed art stemming from the location.
The proposed material stems from the site, raw and natural matching the most common element around, the trees.
